CNBM Participates in Third China-Spain Business Advisory Council Meeting
On November 13, the third meeting of the China-Spain Business Advisory Council was held in Beijing. Co-hosted by the Chinese and Spanish sides, the meeting brought together representatives from companies and business associations from both countries to discuss global cooperation between Chinese and Spanish enterprises, as well as energy transition and advanced manufacturing.

The meeting was attended by Zhang Guoqing, Vice Premier of China, and King Felipe VI of Spain, both of whom delivered remarks. Zhou Yuxian, Chairman of China National Building Materials Group (CNBM), was invited to attend the meeting and address the gathering.

Zhou highlighted that CNBM, a major global player in non-metallic materials and an industrial investment group, has established operations in Spain covering new materials supply, technological innovation, new energy engineering services, and trade. He affirmed that CNBM will continue to deepen cooperation with Spanish partners in areas including R&D, supply chains, high-end equipment, digitalization, and green development.
The China-Spain Business Advisory Council was established in 2018 by the relevant authorities of both countries to serve as a platform for business dialogue and cooperation and to promote bilateral economic and trade relations.
